If you would like to speak to someone directly, help is also available by phone at the following numbers:

  • If this is an emergency, call 911 for immediate help.
  • To speak with a BayPath Elder Services Caregiver Specialist, please call 508-573-7239 Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Please feel free to leave a message during other hours and your call will be returned as soon as possible. To email a caregiver question or concern, please email arego@baypath.org.
  • For general information about elder resources and services, please call BayPath Elder Services at 508-573-7200 and ask for an Information and Referral Department Specialist Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • If you have a question about our website, please call Caregiving MetroWest Program Director Douglas Flynn at 508-573-7371 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. or email CGMWinfo@baypath.org.
    • To report elder abuse, neglect or financial exploitation, please call the Elder Abuse Hotline at 1-800-922-2275.
