Hudson introduces new registry program as town continues progress toward becoming a dementia-friendly community
By Douglas Flynn / February 24, 2017

Do you have a loved one with dementia? Are you concerned they could become disoriented or lost within the Hudson community?

As part of Hudson's involvement in the COME 2 B Dementia Friendly, the Hudson Police Department, along with the Hudson Health Department and the Hudson Senior Center, has created a registry to help identify a loved one in the event that happens to you.

It takes less than five minutes to register for the FREE program, which consists of filling out a short form and having a picture taken of your loved one.

You can register at any of the following locations:

- Hudson Senior Center, 978-568-9638 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.)
- Hudson Health Department, 978-562-2020 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.)
- Hudson Police Department, 978-562-7122

Please call ahead so they can expect you. For those who cannot get their loved one to one of the above locations for their picture, please call the Hudson Police Department and they can schedule a home visit.
