Traditions of Wayland continues its ongoing caregiver support group and education series with its next meeting on Wednesday, September 28 from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
This meeting will be led by Traditions Executive Director Betsy Connolly, M.S. Gerontology and will feature an informal talk on sleep disorders and their effects on aging and cognitive change.
All are welcome to join and share feelings, ideas, concerns and hopefully some laughter.
