Powerful Tools for Caregivers workshop
Starting October 15, the Natick Community–Senior Center is offering a 6-week workshop entitled: “Powerful Tools for Caregivers.”
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational series designed to provide you with the tools you need to take care of yourself while caring for a loved one. This program helps family caregivers reduce stress, improve self-confidence, communicate feelings better, balance their lives, increase their ability to make tough decisions and locate helpful resources.
Classes consist of six sessions held once a week. Two experienced Class Leaders, who are caregivers themselves, conduct the series. Interactive lessons, discussions and brainstorming will help you take the “tools” you choose and put them into action for your life. The program is offered free of charge, and includes a free copy of the book The Caregiver Helpbook.

When: 10:00 – 11:30 a.m., every Tuesday, for six weeks, beginning on October 15th.
