State Senator Jamie Eldridge will host the 36th Annual Senior Conference this Thursday, April 21 in Marlborough.

The event is free to attend and will run from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at Assabet Valley Regional Technical high School (215 Fitchburg Street, Marlborough, MA). The conference will feature workshops, entertainment, exhibits, health screenings, door prizes and guest speakers.

There will also be free coffee, donuts and lunch served. Lunch will be served at noon following the completion of the workshops. There will be three hour-long workshops from 9-10 a.m., 10-11 a.m. and 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

Caregiving MetroWest will be leading one of the workshops in all three sessions, with Caregiving MetroWest Program Manager Douglas Flynn demonstrating the website and its many features and BayPath Elder Services Caregiver Specialist Alicia Rego discussing BayPath’s Family Caregiver Support Program.

BayPath will also have an information table set up to answer questions about Caregiving MetroWest and all of BayPath’s programs. Please join us Thursday in Marlborough to check out our workshops and all of the other offerings at the fair.
