Training for Westborough’s unpaid Caregivers
For Westborough Residents
Westborough Youth and Family Services, in collaboration with community nonprofit Westborough Connects, is seeking unpaid caregivers to participate in free small group trainings aimed to foster resilience while facing the mental health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Trainings focus on the signs and symptoms of mental health distress (beyond typical day-to-day stress) and equip participants with basic tools to recognize and manage distress, support others who are in distress and access help.
