CAREGIVING CHRONICLES

Information and resources that support your role in caring for a loved one.

A new evening support group for family caregivers will be offered at the Callahan Center in Framingham.

The support group will meet on the first Tuesday of each month from 6-7 p.m., beginning on May 3.

This support group offers a place for caregivers to share challenges and concerns, receive information about caregiving and community resources, and gain support from others who are on a similar journey.

Contact Lisa at 508-532-5980 x2 for more information.

The Callahan Center also offers a number of other support groups, including a daytime caregiver support group meeting on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 1 p.m.

The Callahan Center also has a support group for grandparents raising grandchildren. That support group meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 7-9 p.m. For more information on that group, contact Carol Casey, MS at 617-447-5417.

The Callahan Center is located at 535 Union Avenue, Framingham, MA 01701.
