Sudbury Senior Center to host bereavement support group in 2017

You are not alone in your grief.
When a life ends, those living are left to grieve their loss. This is often a painful process. It is hard to bear. Your grief is as individual as your life.
Evidence shows coming to be with a group can facilitate the process of healing and help one to move forward.
The Sudbury Senior Center will be offering a bereavement support group in 2017. The group, sponsored by Beacon Hospice, will meet on six Mondays, beginning January 9 and running through June 12. Each session will be held from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Sudbury Senior Center (40 Fairbank Road, Sudbury, MA 01776).
