Pleasantries Adult Day Services in Marlborough will be offering its latest session of the Create A Better Day Cafe on Sunday, Nov. 23 from 1-3 p.m. The Cafe provides a chance for caregivers caring for someone with Alzheimer`s or other forms of dementia to enjoy a relaxing and entertaining day with their loved one in a welcoming environment at no cost.
