Treat yourself like someone you love!
When we are depressed, exhausted, or otherwise overwhelmed, it is easy for our inner voice to turn negative.
When you find yourself thinking that you are not doing enough, or that you are doing things wrong, or even that you just can’t do it anymore, you need to remember you are doing the best you can. That is all any of us can do.
If that doesn’t work, ask yourself if someone spoke to someone you love the way you are talking to yourself – would it upset you? If the answer is yes, then treat yourself like someone you love!
